We understand that you can’t always make time to visit us so here are some treatments for you to try at home.

Treatments for dry skin – Can use a plant based oil underneath your moisturiser plant based oiled are similar to the natural sebum of the skin such oil are jojoba, avocado oil, coconut oil and sweet almond oil. The Vitamin function oil by Dr Spiller is a great option as it contains jojoba oil, soybean oil, and antioxidants vitamin E, A & C to protect the delicate lipid barrier.

Treatments for oily or acne prone skin – The Hydro Peptide purifying mask is a great night time treatment. This mask contains purifying clays that helps to remove the build up of excess sebum on the skin, whilst providing the skin a surge of peptides and hyaluronic acid that help to firm and hydrate the skin.

The green tea assists in calming inflammation, helps to minimise the appearance of pores and clarifies the skin without drying. For best results “I suggest using after exfoliating. Treatments for combination skin – The Fresh & Fruit Mask by Dr Spiller provides the skin with energising fruit enzymes derived from pineapple, papaya and mango. This masks brightens and hydrates the skin, for best results apply for 10 to 20 minutes and use fortnightly.

Treatments for sensitive skin – Rolled oats are incredible for sensitive skin as they contain anti-inflammatory properties. Follow the package instructions and replace milk with coconut milk, for additional vitamins such as vitamin C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6.

Mix honey with the oats and apply the cold mix to your skin. This at home remedy will calm and protect the skin; this mask can be applied twice a week for optimum results.

Treatments for normal skin – Twice a week you can apply a tonic to your skin. Using a raw organic apple cider vinegar will help to regulate the flora in the skin. The vinegar has a brightening and gentle exfoliating effect on the skin. Once you have cleansed your skin, use about 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar on a cotton disc and apply to your skin.

Treatments for tired or aging looking skin – The key ingredients present in the Dr Spiller’s, Cellular Cream Mask assist in replenishing and toning the skin, giving a more youthful complexion.

Containing proteins, amino acids, phytonutrients the benefits of chlorella are far superior to those of spirulina. Chlorella detoxifies, reduces the free radical damage in the body, it regulates the cellular turn over improving the general skin texture, keeping it soft and supple
