Bodyguard: Antioxidant Inner Beauty Boost, Beauty Chef

Keep your immune system on track with The Beauty Chef.

It’s snuggle season and it’s safe to say that there is a good chance you might be sharing some germs around.

If you haven’t caught the cold or flu each season you have an incredibly strong immune system, or you’re just very lucky.

A daily shot of The Beauty Chef, Antioxidant Inner Beauty Boost provides nutritional support that helps to protect your skin and body from free-radical damage and cellular ageing.

The boost has been formulated to repair and rejuvenate skin, fight free radicals, address fine lines and skin firmness and boost overall skin radiance.

The daily shot contains organic papaya leaf, fruit and seed and pomegranate, green tea and vitamin E to provide a balanced dose of gut-boosting pre and probiotics and nutrient-rich antioxidants.

We promise it works! It has been tested by Southern Cross University for its natural killer cell activity (NKCA), studies show The Beauty Chef, Antioxidant Inner Beauty Boost to have greater immune boosting properties than high strength olive leaf extract.

If taking a daily shot isn’t quite enough, we have a deliciously healthy popsicle recipe for you: Papaya & Pomegranate Pops

1/ 2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened pomegranate juice
1/ 2 cup (75 g) raw cashews, soaked in cold water overnight
250 g peeled & seeded papaya, coarsely chopped (approximately 1/ 2 medium papaya)
1/ 2 cup (125 ml) coconut milk
1/ 4 cup (60 ml) The Beauty Chef, Antioxidant Inner Beauty Boost liquid
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/ 4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice

Pour the pomegranate juice into the bottom of six 100 ml popsicle moulds. Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until almost frozen solid.
Drain and rinse the cashews under cold water. Place the cashews and remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Refrigerate until pomegranate juice is frozen.
Spoon or pour papaya mixture into the moulds to fill completely. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for a further 4 hours or overnight, until completely frozen.

Run moulds briefly under warm water to help release the popsicles.
Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
