“I believe in creating a loving and healthy foundation when it comes to good nutrition. Throughout my past 20 years of training, I have spent a huge amount of time learning the best practices for supporting my clients through coaching, nutrition counselling, positive reinforcement tools, and mindfulness; all of these elements will be incorporated into your sessions.
After receiving your completed questionnaire, I will spend time before your session creating your personalised food plan and supplements regime. Within each of your nutrition sessions with me, I will education you on the foundations of good nutrition, and help you recreate and build both a positive mindset and happy relationship with food. Some areas of focus could include emotional eating, increasing your passion in the kitchen (cooking passion that is!), or the right macro/micro mix to complement your lifestyle.
I will also design a weekly food plan for you (including delicious recipes and shopping lists) which will take into consideration your dietary preferences and lifestyle, also covering healthier choices when eating out (I too love going out for meals and socialising – after all, we are only human!). Each week I will also measure your body mass composition to help keep you tracking toward your health goals.
